Pre-Order Information

To ensure you lock in the latest Trading Card Game releases and limited editions, Korin’s Card Exchange offers pre-sale options for upcoming sets. Please read the guidelines below before placing your pre-order.

1. Payment Upon Checkout

All pre-order products are billed immediately at the time of checkout. Securing payment upfront guarantees your reservation and locks in your order allocation directly with our inventory.

2. Combined Shipments (In-Stock & Pre-Orders)

If your order contains a combination of currently available in-stock items and pre-order products:

• Single Shipment: By default, we hold the entire order and ship all items together in one package once the pre-order item is released and in hand.

• Need In-Stock Items Sooner? If you would like available items shipped immediately, please place two separate orders—one for the in-stock products and a separate order for pre-sale items.

3. Release Dates & Delays

Release dates provided on product pages are estimates supplied directly by manufacturers and distributors. On occasion, manufacturers or logistics carriers encounter delays or schedule adjustments. If an item's official release date changes, we will notify you via email with updated tracking and fulfillment details.

4. Fair Allocation Policy

Because certain TCG releases feature strict allocations or limited quantities, we reserve the right to apply per-household quantity limits. Any attempt to bypass designated caps using automated tools or multiple checkout profiles will result in order cancellation.
